Net sales break down by activity as follows: - management of hotels franchised and managed on behalf of third parties (80.1%): managing, at the end of 2023, 6,679 franchised hotels (914,974 bedrooms) and 800 hotels under management contract (250,472 bedrooms); - operation of company-owned and leased hotels (12.1%): management of 51 hotels (17,491 bedrooms); - other (7.8%). The United States account for 78% of net sales.
