Notice Regarding the New Management
LOGISTEED, Ltd. (the "Company") has announced the transition to the new management as a company with Audit & Supervisory Committee effective March 1, 2024 to accelerate decision-making and business execution and strengthen the supervisory function of the board of directors, toward the realization of our Mid-term Management Plan "LOGISTEED2024" and our medium-to-long-term vision "LOGISTEED2030," with an eye on "relisting as a global logistics company." In addition, the Company has announced the new executive officers effective April 1, 2024.
