The KHPA-0811 XXXXW is a family of X-band power amplifier modules which provide the industry's best power density in the frequency range of 8-11GHz. All designs build upon our patented Dodecahedron package (DDH ) which is designed to pack a considerable amount of power in a small footprint plus cover a wide bandwidth. Only 2.3" x 2.5" dia., these DDHs are modular so that they can be combined in Solid-State Microwave Power Module housings. One DDH will provide 500W, and multiple units can currently be combined to create up to 8kW of pulsed power.

The KHPA-0618 100W is a high power microwave amplifier that covers a12 GHz range in the 6-18 GHz frequency band. The KHPA-0618 provides an output power of 100 watts. Small and rugged, the KHPA-0618 100W is idealfor replacement of TWT amplifiers - offering up to 30 dB improvement in noise and very short group delay characteristics. A small footprint and low power consumption make it excellent for mounting at the antenna or load, and no warm-up time is required, providing instant power-up. Units are available in either rackmount or power module housing formats and lower power versions are also available.

The KHPA-0218 50Wis a high power solid-state microwave amplifier featuring our dodecahedron in a compact housing. This amplifier will provide a saturated output power of 50W and can be configured for pulse capability. Power sequencing, remote inhibit, and a TTL level power supply state monitor are also provided. Units are available in either rackmount or power module housing formats and lower power versions are also available.

The KHPA-0206 300WR is a high power rack mounted microwave amplifier that covers a 4 GHz range in the 2-6 GHz frequency band. The amplifier provides a typical output power of 300W. Versions with 100W and 200W output powerare also available. Options are available including power sequencing, remote inhibit and a TTL level power supply state monitor.
