An unknown buyer completed the acquisition of Marbacher ?lm?hle GmbH from HOCHDORF Holding AG.

Hochdorf Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company active in the food processing industry. The Company’s activities are divided into three business areas conducted through Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition Ltd for the food industry and the retail sector: Dairy Ingredients, Baby Care, as well as Cereals and Ingredients.
