Holly Energy Partners, L.P. is engaged principally in the business of operating a system of petroleum product and crude pipelines, storage tanks, distribution terminals and loading rack facilities in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming and refinery processing units in Utah and Kansas. Its Refinery Processing Unit segment consists of five refinery processing units at two of HF Sinclair's refining facility locations.
