AUSTIN, Texas, June 1, 2015 - Two online travel leaders, HomeAway, Inc. (NASDAQ: AWAY) and KAYAK, an operating business of The Priceline Group [PCLN], today announce an agreement to display HomeAway® vacation rentals on KAYAK. Integration is expected to be live by the end of the year with nearly 200,000 property listings worldwide - giving KAYAK a more diverse set of lodging options for users to search.

"Vacation rentals will appear more prominently on the leading travel search engine and, more importantly, even more families and groups will realize that they have the option to rent a whole home for their next vacation."
The HomeAway listings on KAYAK will be from owners and property managers who participate in the HomeAway Expanded Distribution Network. Travelers will be able to search and find vacation rentals on KAYAK just as they would a hotel and complete their reservation on the HomeAway site where the property is listed.

KAYAK currently displays more than 700,000 hotels including a limited selection of rental properties and millions of verified hotel reviews. This industry-leading partnership will give travelers a more comprehensive set of options and information as they plan a trip.
Today, through the HomeAway network, more than one million owners and property managers reach 65 million travelers each month. The opportunity for additional exposure also continues to increase as HomeAway works with growing companies like Flat4Day and CanadaStays.
