SUSPENSION OF TRADING

This announcement is made Hua Han Health Industry Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') announces that the Securities and Futures Commission (the ''SFC'') has issued a direction under section 8(1) of the Securities and Futures (Stock Market Listing) Rules (Chapter 571V of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the ''Rule 8(1) Direction'') to suspend trading in the Company's shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 20 November 2018. The concerns of the SFC stated in the Rule 8(1) Direction are mainly in relation to the annual reports issued by the Company since 30 June 2012.

The Company is entitled to make representation in respect of the Rule 8(1) Direction to the SFC under section 9(1) of the Securities and Futures (Stock Market Listing) Rules. The Board is seeking legal advice on the Rule 8(1) Direction and will make further announcement(s) as and when appropriate.
