ICT Automatisering Announces Management Changes, Effective from December 1, 2013

ICT Automatisering NV has announced that Carlo D'Agnolo has stepped down as CEO and managing director. Three years ago, Mr. D'Agnolo, until then member of the Supervisory Board of ICT, agreed to take on the role of CEO of ICT, with a clear assignment to bring about a turnaround of the company. The Supervisory Board intends to nominate Mr. Jos Blejie (54) as his successor.

The Works Council of ICT Automatisering will be consulted and the General Meeting of Shareholders will be informed of this. In anticipation of his formal appointment, Mr. Blejie will start as CEO as per 1 December 2013.
