Frankfurt am Main, 9 December 2013 - IFM lmmobilien AG acquired the office building at Ulmenstrasse 22 in Frankfurt am Main. The building was actually pre-owned by the IFM Group, before it was sold to a strategie investor in early 2010 following its revitalisation. lt was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
