Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. and Multiversity Group execute the partnership in
the education market entered into last 3 October
Milan, 9 November 2022 - Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A., following up on the press release of last 3 October on the partnership in the education market forged with Multiversity Group, controlled by CVC Capital Partners and leader in education and digital training, with the Pegaso, Mercatorum, San Raffaele Roma Universities and Aulab, acknowledges that the commitments undertaken in the above agreement have been executed today, thereby completing the prep activities for the start of the cooperation with Multiversity Group. As part of these activities, Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. retains a 15% stake and has transferred to Multiversity S.p.A., under the above partnership agreement, an 85% stake in the share capital of the company newly established by the 24 ORE Group for the purpose of promoting and conveying the performance and marketing of the educational solutions covered by the above partnership.
