Emmanuelle, 50 is a Member of the Paris Bar and holds a postgraduate degree in International Law and an LLM in US Law.

Emmanuelle started her career as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer at Clifford Chance in Paris and London, then held roles of increasing responsibilities as an in-house lawyer in the media and private equity industries.

Before joining Imerys, Emmanuelle was General Secretary at Club Med, where she was in charge of Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Insurance, and Public Affairs since 2014.
