Suzuyo Holdings Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 13% stake in Skymark Airlines Inc. from Integral Fund II (A) L.P. managed by Integral Partners Co., Ltd. and Integral 2 Limited Partnership managed by Integral Corporation.
