INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A. Maroussi, May 9th 2023 - INTRACOM HOLDINGS (ATHEX: INTKA) announces that the Group's subsidiary INTRACOM TECHNOLOGIES S.a.r.l, has entered into binding agreement with ISRAEL AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES Ltd (IAI) for the sale and transfer of percentage of 90.91% that is 23,103,305 registered shares of INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE), a leading Defense Systems Company in Greece with an outstanding record of participation in domestic programs and exports to quality-driven international customers. It is noted that the remaining percentage of 9.09% of IDE shares is held by individuals in the top and middle management of IDE.
The transaction value is € 60 million approximately and completion of the transaction is expected within Q2 of 2023, and is subject to anticipated conditions precedent and necessary approvals.
