HEADLINE: Disposals of Property

The Directors are pleased to confirm the completion of two further separate
disposals.

On 7 March 2014 the Group completed the sale of the multi-let office building
Les Bureaux Diapason in Paris for €16.5 million, in line with the December 2013
valuation. Net sales proceeds amounted to €12.7m after tax.

On 11 March 2014 the Group also completed the sale of the vacant warehouse
building at Priory Business Park, Bedford which was separated from the adjacent
fully leased office building in 2013. The sale price of £930,000 compares with
the independent valuation of £900,000 prevailing at the time terms were agreed.

The net proceeds of these transactions have been applied to reduce borrowing.
