IokCompany Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A078860) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Hoocham Co., Ltd from Hyunjang Eun and others for KRW 5.9 billion on November 15, 2019. IokCompany Co., Ltd. will acquire 15597 shares. Out of this, 13157 shares will be acquired and paid by issuing CB of KRW 4.9 billion and 2440 shares by paying cash of KRW 927.2 million. Hoocham Co., Ltd had Total assets of KRW 1.9 billion, Total liabilities of KRW 573 million, Total equity of KRW 1.3 billion, Sales of KRW 23.9 billion, Operating income of KRW 1.1 billion, Net income of KRW 861 million in 2018. The deal is resolved by Board of IokCompany Co., Ltd.
