Matras S.A. is put for sale, Jolanta Lizewska-Zyzek, Marketing Director of business confirmed. Four prospective investors are considering acquisition of the controlling stake in the company. The transaction was first mentioned in mid-2013.
Ipopema Securities Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:IPE) made an offer of purchase of the stake for PLN 28 million. No details have been revealed about the offers made by the four prospective investors who are presently interested in purchasing the company.
