Vyacheslav Solomin Appointed CEO of EuroSibEnergo

Moscow/Irkutsk, May 28, 2014 - EuroSibEnergo (ESE), the largest independent electricity producer in Russia, announces the appointment of Vyacheslav Solomin as company CEO. Mr. Solomin, whose nomination was proposed by En+ Group and approved by a special meeting of the ESE's shareholders, will formally assume office on June 1, 2014.

Biography:

Vyacheslav Solomin was born on May 4, 1975 in Vladivostok (East of Russia). Mr. Solomin graduated with honors from Far Eastern State University (World Economy), later from Maryland University, the USA (Management). Mr. Solomin's career started at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2005, Vyacheslav was appointed Head of the Corporate Controlling Department of the Financial and Economic Service of Sibur Holding JSC. In 2006-2007, he served as CFO of Inter RAO UES JSC. Mr. Solomin joined ESE in 2007 as CFO, and was appointed 1st Deputy CEO in April 2010. Since September 2013, Mr. Solomin has been acting CEO of the Company. Vyacheslav Solomin received several industry-sponsored awards, incl. the Acknowledgement and Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
