SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT UPDATESydney – Friday, 27 May 2011 – iSOFT Group Limited (ASX:ISF) announces that the first Court hearing in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement has been adjourned until Friday, 3 June 2011.

iSOFT requested the adjournment to allow it to commission an independent valuation of the convertible notes held by a subsidiary of Oceania Capital Partners (OCP).

iSOFT will provide an updated timetable once the adjourned hearing has been held.
