ITD Cementation India Limited Proposes Dividend for the Financial Year Ended December 31, 2017, Payable on May 16, 2018; Announces Executive Changes

ITD Cementation India Limited proposed to declare a dividend of INR 0.40 per equity share of INR 1 each (40%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2017, at its annual general meeting to be held on May 10, 2018. If declared at the 40th annual general meeting will be paid on May 16, 2018, to those members whose names appear in the company's register of members on May 10, 2018.
The company has announced the resignation of Mr. Per Hofvander as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from February 23, 2018. Mr. Sunil Shah Singh has been appointed as an additional director and Independent Non- Executive Director of the company with immediate effect from of 5 years.
