MILWAUKEE (AP) _ Jason Industries Inc. (JASN) on Monday reported a loss of $28.3 million in its fourth quarter.

The Milwaukee-based company said it had a loss of $1.01 per share. Losses, adjusted to account for discontinued operations and non-recurring costs, came to 53 cents per share.

The manufacturing company posted revenue of $76.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $81.6 million, or $2.98 per share. Revenue was reported as $337.9 million.

The company's shares closed at 13 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.51.
