JD Logistics, Inc. (SEHK:2618) agreed to acquire additional 4.12% stake in DEPPON LOGISTICS Co.,LTD. (SHSE:603056) from WG Cui, Xu and others on March 11, 2022. The Group intends to finance the consideration by its own funds and/or financing. In related transactions, JD Logistics entered into agreements to acquire additional stake in DEPPON LOGISTICS from Founders and minority shareholders. Pursuant to the terms CNY 138.9 million will be payed in first installment and CNY 416.8 million will be payed in second installment.
