Jiangnan Group Limited Appoints Hao Minghui as an Executive Director

Jiangnan Group Limited announced that on 1 December 2012, the Board has resolved to appoint Mr. Hao Minghui as an executive Director with effect from 1 December 2012. From January 2011 to September 2012, Mr. Hao worked as the vice-chief engineer of Wuxi Jiangnan Cable Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Since September 2012, Mr. Hao has become the general manager of Wuxi New Suneng Composite Material Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Jiangnan Group Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture of and trading of wires and cables for power transmission, distribution systems and electrical equipment. The Company operates through four business segments: power cables, wires and cables for electrical equipment, bare wires and special cables. The special cables mainly include rubber cables, flexible fire proof cables and others. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture and trading of copper cathodes, aluminum alloy and double capacity conductors through its subsidiaries.
