CESSATION OF CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, the Company convened the 27th meeting of the 8th session of the Board by written resolution on 18 March 2021 ("Board Meeting"), and all the directors of the Company considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Jiang Wenbo ("Mr. Jiang") and Mr. Tu Dongyang ("Mr. Tu") as the deputy general managers of the Company, with effect from 18 March 2021.

The biographical details of Mr. Jiang and Mr. Tu are set out below:

Mr. Jiang Wenbo, born in September 1969, is a senior political work specialist with a bachelor's degree. He graduated from Southern Institute of Metallurgy (now known as Jiangxi University of Science and Technology), majoring in surveying. He had served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chief Mining Officer of the Company's Wushan Copper Mine; the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sichuan JCC Rare Earths Co., Ltd. ( ̬ʇϪზ೽ɺϞࠢப΂ʮ̡ ) and the General Commander of Sichuan Rare Earths Project Construction.

Mr. Tu Dongyang, born in November 1975, holds a doctoral degree in economics. He served as the director of the supervising division of foreign-funded institutions of Xiamen Office of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission ( ʕ਷ ვБڭᎈ္ຖ၍ଣ։ࡰึขژ္၍̮҅༟ዚ࿴္၍ஈ ). In January 2020,

Mr. Tu participated in the 20th batch of doctoral service delegations to Jiangxi by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (ʕ ਷΍ପᙣʕ̯։ࡰึଡ଼ᔌ௅ ), and concurrently served as the temporary assistant to the general manager of the Company.

CESSATION OF CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

The Board hereby announces that at the Board Meeting, it was considered and approved that Mr. Lin Jinliang ceased to act as the Chief Legal Officer of the Company due to change in job allocation, with effect from 18 March 2021. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Lin Jinliang for his contributions to the Company.
