In order to help investors to gain a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the status of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (the "Company"), its development strategies, operational conditions, financing plans, share incentive plans, sustainable development and other matters of investors' concern, the Company will participate in the 2021 Investors Group Reception Day for Listed Companies in Jiangxi (the "Reception Day"), which is themed "Sincere Communication, Standardized Development, Win-win Cooperation"* (" 真 誠 溝 通 規 範 發 展 互 利 共 贏") and to be held by the Listed Companies Association of Jiangxi ( 江 西 省 上 市 公 司 協 會) and Shenzhen Panorama Network Co., Ltd. ( 深 圳 市 全 景 網 絡 有 限 公 司) jointly on 14 May 2021 (Friday) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
