14:45 ET -- Johnson & Johnson is one of the most talked about companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Johnson & Johnson said its planned stand-alone company, housing famous brands in consumer health like Band-Aids and Tylenol, would be called "Kenvue." J&J said the product brands won't be changing, but packaging would be updated to include new name and logo. The healthcare giant plans to separate its consumer-health business from its prescription-drug and medical-devices units in 2023 but has yet to disclose what form the separation would take and the location of the new company's headquarters. Johnson & Johnson, based in New Brunswick, N.J., would continue to be the name of the company housing the drug and device businesses. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva. (jennifer.tershak@wsj.com)
