Kasbah Resources Limited ('Kasbah' or the 'Company') reminds shareholders that a General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, 21 August 2020 at 10.30 AM (AEST) (Meeting).

As a consequence of the restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Meeting will be held online.

Shareholders can participate by entering www.agmlive.link/KAS20 into their web browser and register when prompted. Registration opens 30 minutes before the Meeting.

Shareholders who wish to vote online or ask questions will need their Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and proxy holders will need their proxy code.
