KAZ Minerals PLC reported production results for the first half ended June 30, 2019. For the period, Copper production was 147.6 kt against 139.6 kt a year ago. Zinc in concentrate was 18.4 kt against 24.9 kt a year ago. Gold production was 87.7 koz against 89.8 koz a year ago. Silver production was 1,552 koz against 1,637 koz a year ago.

The Group's gold production of 88 koz in the first half is on track to achieve full year guidance of 170-185 koz, following strong output from Bozymchak for the period and higher volumes expected from the Bozshakol mine over the remainder of the year. Group silver production of 1,552 koz at the half year was in line with full year guidance of c. 3,000 koz. Full year copper production guidance maintained at c. 300 kt.
