KazanOrganichesky sintez : Ruslan A. Shigabutdinov reelected as Chairman of Board of Kazanorgsintez PJSC

On 26 April, Kazanorgsintez PJSC hosted the first meeting of its Board after being reelected during the General Shareholders Meeting. The meeting was held "in presentio" via video conference. Along with newly elected members of the Board, the meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of TIAF JSC Albert Shigabutdinov and former members of the Board of Kazanorgsintez PJSC - Executive Director of Milic Zeljko IPCO-TRADING S.A. (member of the Board from 2016 to 2021) and General Director of JSC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Kazan Rinat K. Sabirov (member of the Board from 2004 to 2021).

General Director of TAIF JSC Ruslan A. Shigabutdinov was unanimously reelected as a Chairman of the Board of Kazanorgsintez PJSC. The Board of Directors appointed members of permanent committees and elected members of the Executive Board. Incumbent Executive Board remained unchanged. It includes General Director Farid G. Minigulov, Chief Engineer Rafael A. Safarov, Deputy General Director for Personnel and General Affairs Aidar A. Akhmetshin, Deputy General Director for Production Rinat T. Zaripov, Chief Accountant Larisa N. Kaleyeva, Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance Fanis M. Kalimullin, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance, Property and Investments Bulat F. Sabirov, Deputy General Director for Economic Security and Regime Rostislav O. Sarkisov and Deputy General Director for Commerce Timur R. Sulteev.
