Kazera Global Plc is a United Kingdom-based a fully funded, commodity diverse, mining investment company. The principal activity of the Company is to act as an investor in the resources and energy sectors, either acquiring and controlling individual companies or acquiring non-controlling shareholdings. The Company’s segments include Holding company, tantalite mining, and diamond mining activities. It focuses on developing early-stage assets. Its assets include a diamond production mine and a Heavy Mineral Sands project in South Africa. It owns an interest in a diamond mining operation in Alexander Bay, South Africa that is located within the 80 kilometers long Alexkor diamond fields, which lies between two historic De Beers operations. The Company also has an interest in the Walviskop Heavy Mineral Sands Project, which covers over five hectares of beach sand deposit. Its Tantalum and Lithium Project is located in southeastern Namibia.
