The Board of Directors of Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. at its meeting of the company held on May 17, 2018 approved the appointment of members of various committees. Audit Committee consists of Ramon J. Abejuela as Chairman and Celso P. Vivas, Stefan Tong Wai Mun as members. Screening Committee consist of Sam Moon Thong as Chairman and Celso P. Vivas, Stefan Tong Wai Mun as members. Compensation Committee consists of Sam Moon Thong as Chairman and Ramon J. Abejuela, Stefan Tong Wai Mun as members.
