Kering : new appointments to the Group Executive Committee

Kering announces the appointments of Mélanie Flouquet, Director of Strategy, and Armelle Poulou, Chief Financial Officer, to the Group's Executive Committee, effective today.
With these two appointments, the Executive Committee now has 13 members, 46% of whom are women.
Mélanie Flouquet worked for 20 years at JP Morgan, where she was Managing Director in charge of the Equity Research team for the Luxury Goods sector. She has been Kering's Strategy Director since May 2021.
For her part, Armelle Poulou successively held, in France and internationally, various financial positions at Procter&Gamble, Hewlett-Packard and EDF, before joining Kering in 2019 as Financing, Treasury and Insurance Director. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kering in September 2023.
