PRESS RELEASE

STATE COLLEGE, PA - Kish Bank is proud to announce that its 2022 Kish for the Cure campaign, an annual employee-led fundraising effort supporting local cancer-fighting nonprofits, raised a grand total of over $74,000. The $74,000 in donations were distributed this week among the campaign's three beneficiaries: the Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund, Pennsylvania Pink Zone, and Relay For Life of Mifflin/Juniata.

Kish's Executive Leadership Team displays the grand total of the 2022 Kish for the Cure campaign during a fun "The Price Is Right" style reveal for its employees.

Kish's annual campaign has raised more than $380,000 in total since its inception, and it continues to grow in scope each year. The Bob Perks Fund, Pink Zone, and Relay For Life lead the fight against cancer in the Central Pennsylvania region by funding cancer awareness, research, treatment and prevention programs at the region's local hospitals, and providing financial support for individuals and families facing cancer.

Upon receiving the donation, Linda Gall, Chair of the Bob Perks Fund Board of Directors, said, "The Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund is so thankful for the extraordinary success of the 2022 Kish for the Cure Campaign. Kish has been an important community partner in the fight against cancer for many years. In the latest campaign, the leadership and employee team at Kish focused their time and talent in new, creative ways to support the life-changing work of local non-profits who are addressing the needs of our friends and neighbors with cancer. The impact of their hard work and generosity will be felt throughout the communities we serve."

Tom Chucuddy, Senior Development Manager for the American Cancer Society, also expressed extreme gratitude on behalf of everyone at the American Cancer Society. "It's gifts such as these that enable us to fulfill our mission and work toward our vision of ending cancer as we know it for everyone," he said. "Cancer touches all of us in one way or another. By supporting the American Cancer Society, Kish Bank is helping to bring hope to those facing a cancer diagnosis."

Finally, Carol Baney, President of Pennsylvania Pink Zone, said, "We are so grateful to Kish Bank and all those who participated in this amazing fundraising effort. These funds will go a long way to assist breast cancer patients and survivors as they fight the greatest battle of their lives." She continued, "The past several years have been very challenging for all of us, but especially for those in treatment for breast cancer. We are thrilled that because of the generosity of Kish and its employees, vendors, and clients, we can continue to serve those in our community afflicted with breast cancer."

Kish would like to extend special thanks to two of its partners-Summit Technology Group, based in Mechanicsburg; and Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), based in Paducah, Kentucky-for supporting the fight against cancer by contributing significant donations to the Kish for the Cure campaign.
