At its regularly scheduled meeting on January 26, 2023, the Kish Bancorp, Inc. Board of Directors renewed authorization for the repurchase of up to $2,000,000 of Kish Bancorp, Inc. stock for general corporate purposes, including for use with the Corporation's Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The authorization remains effective through January 31, 2024.
