General Announcement::Application For Further Extension of Judicial Management Orders Outcome

APPLICATION FOR FURTHER EXTENSION OF JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT ORDERS OUTCOME

Unless otherwise specified, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the announcements dated 28 August 2020, 31 August 2020, 13 October 2020, 14 January 2021, 9 February 2021, 26 March 2021,6 April 2021 and 8 October 2021 (the "Announcements").

Further to the Announcement dated 8 October 2021, the Court had granted the Further Extension Applications and made the orders for, inter alia:

1. The validity of the Judicial Management Order in respect of the Company to be extended from 11 October 2021 until 28 January 2022; and
2. The validity of the Judicial Management Order in respect of KS Drilling to be extended for a period of one (1) month from 11 October 2021 until 11 November 2021, and would be discharged on 11 November 2021.

For completeness, the Judicial Managers announced on 8 October 2021 that an application for the validity of the Judicial Management Order in respect of the Company to be extended for a period of three (3) months from 11 October 2021 until 11 January 2022 was filed. However, as the hearing for any application to further extend or discharge the same would coincide with the year-end court vacation, the Court made the order for the Judicial Management Order in respect of the Company to be extended until 28 January 2022.

The Judicial Managers will provide further updates on any material developments as and when appropriate. Shareholders should consult their financial, tax or other advisers when in doubt as to the action they should take.
