Its subsidiaries include KSK Wind Energy Private Limited, Sai Maithili Power Company Private Limited, KSK Dibbin Hydro Power Private Limited, Kameng Dam Hydro Power Limited, Sai Lilagar Power Generation Limited, KSK Electricity Financing India Private Limited, VS Lignite Power Private Limited, and Sai Wardha Power Generation Limited.
