Notice Concerning the Determination of Matters Related to

the Repurchase of Own Shares

(Pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)

Kubota Corporation ("the Company") resolved at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 17, 2024 to repurchase its own shares, pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act after applying the regulations of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of said law. The details are as follows.

1. Reason for repurchasing shares

The Company will repurchase its own shares in order to improve value per share, as a part of returning profit to shareholders.

2. Details of matters related to repurchase

(1.4 % of total number of shares issued excluding treasury shares)
