(TSXV: KUR.H) (the "Company" or "Kure") announces that after the close of markets on January 5, 2021, the Company received a cease trade order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") as a result of Kure's failure to file the Company's audited annual financial statements, Management's Discussion and Analysis and certification of the foregoing filings by the Company as required by National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual Filing for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2020.

The Company filed the necessary documents on January 5, 2021 and is working with the OSC to resume trading.
