Lanna Resources Public Company Limited Announces Executive Changes, Effective from January 1, 2016

Lanna Resources Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of coal. It has five segments: Domestic coal, Overseas coal, Ethanol, Wood pellet and Soil conditioner. Domestic coal segment is engaged in the purchase and selling of coal. Overseas coal segment is involved in the production and selling of coal. Ethanol segment is engaged in the production and selling of ethanol. Wood pellet segment is engaged in the production and selling of wood pellets. Its core business is involved in coal production and distribution domestically and overseas, having coal mine projects located in Indonesia as its base for coal production and distribution activities. Its subsidiary, Thai Agro Energy Public Co., Ltd., produces ethanol for fuel by using molasses and cassava as its main raw material. Its subsidiary, Lanna Power Generation Co., Ltd., is engaged in investment in the renewable energy business both domestically and overseas.
