LAVVI LAUNCHES VERDANT PARQUE RESORT

THE COMPANY SURPASSES R$522 MILLION IN LAUNCHES YTD

São Paulo, April 19, 2022 - Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (B3: LAVV3), announces the launch of Verdant Parque Resort, in São Paulo city. It counts with 174 units, with its areas ranging from 129 sqm to 155 sqm. Naturally rare, the project offers a complete leisure area, with a private forest of 1.800 sqm, beach tennis court, 50 sqm lap pool, SPA, pool house, walking trail, and others.

With a PSV of R$292 million, net of swaps, Verdant was the second launch of the year, with 76% of units sold in first week of sales.
