The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC (the "Company") wish to announce that following the receipt of shareholder consent to terminate the PS Segregated Portfolio, the Company will, in accordance with its Articles compulsory redeem further shares in the PS Segregated Portfolio in order to return approximately a further €16m
to shareholders of the PS Segregated Portfolio.
