On February 28, 2020, Michael J. Orlando notified Nxt-ID, Inc. of his decision to resign from the company’s board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Orlando’s email notifying the board that he was resigning did not identify any disagreement on any matter related to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
LogicMark, Inc. provides personal emergency response systems (PERS), health communications devices, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology that creates a connected care platform.
