SIX Swiss Exchange approves delisting of Looser Holding shares

In its decision dated 15 March 2017, SIX Swiss Exchange has approved the request of Looser Holding AG to delist all its registered shares. The last trading day for the Looser Holding shares and the date of the delisting will be determined after a final judgment in the cancellation proceedings according to article 137 of the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act with regard to the remaining publicly held registered shares of Looser Holding AG is available. The cancellation proceedings have been initiated by Arbonia AG in February 2017.
