Metminco Limited announced the appointment of Nick Winer to the role of Director of Exploration, based in Medellin, Colombia. Nick is a geologist with over 30 years' experience in gold, base metals in South America and will lead the Company's activities in Colombia, in particular, the advancement of the portfolio of gold assets in the Quinchia district. During a professional career spanning over 30 years across multiple continents, Nick has experience of a range of managerial and technical positions in mineral exploration and project development. He has held positions in senior exploration management with major mining companies as well as with the junior sector.
