LTC Properties Inc. announced the hiring of Brent P. Chappell as Vice President, Investment and Portfolio Management. Mr. Chappell will join the Company on June 10, 2013. Mr. Chappell comes to LTC with over 25 years of asset/portfolio management experience, most recently as VP, Portfolio Management for Nationwide Health Properties Inc. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance from University of California, Irvine.
Mark Hemingway, who was previously involved in both asset management and marketing roles for the Company, will assume full responsibility for the Company's marketing initiative as Vice President, Marketing effective June 10th, 2013.
