LU-VE GROUP NOMINA IL DIRETTORE GENERALE

Uboldo (Varese), 23 febbraio 2023 - LU-VE S.p.A. ("LUVE" o la "Società") annuncia la nomina dell'ing. Riccardo Quattrini a Direttore Generale del Gruppo, a far data dal 1° aprile 2023, deliberata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione nella seduta odierna, su proposta del Presidente e Amministratore Delegato dott. Matteo Liberali e del COO sig. Michele Faggioli, sentiti il Comitato Remunerazioni e Nomine e il Collegio Sindacale.

All'ing. Quattrini - che nella sua funzione di Direttore Generale opererà a supporto del Presidente e Amministratore Delegato e del COO - sono stati attribuiti i poteri relativi alla gestione ordinaria.

Profilo sintetico del Direttore Generale

Dopo aver conseguito la Laurea in ingegneria meccanica a indirizzo gestionale, presso il Politecnico delle Marche e il Master in management d'impresa presso l'ISTUD di Stresa, Riccardo Quattrini ha maturato un'esperienza da manager, operando per oltre 25 anni in aziende italiane, attive prevalentemente nell'ambito dell'industria metalmeccanica con vocazione internazionale. Nel corso della sua carriera ha ricoperto sia ruoli tecnici che strategico/commerciali.

Nel 2000 ha iniziato la sua collaborazione con Biesse Group S.p.A., società quotata all'Euronext STAR Milan, ricoprendo vari ruoli (engineering director, brand manager, sales & marketing director). Nel 2010 è entrato nel Gruppo Cefra, con il quale ha collaborato sino al 2017, fino a ricoprire il ruolo di CEO. Dopo una parentesi come general manager in Aetna Group e IFI S.p.A., nel 2019 è rientrato in Biesse Group per ricoprire prima l'incarico di direttore della divisione legno-industrial e successivamente dal 2021, quello di Group Chief Product Strategy & Development Officer guidando la parte Offering (prodotto, ricerca applicata e progettazione e messa sul mercato) e seguendo anche consulenza e project management per grandi impianti.

LU-VE GROUP APPOINTS THE GENERAL MANAGER

Uboldo (Varese), February 23, 2023 - LU-VE S.p.A. ("LUVE" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Riccardo Quattrini as General Manager of the Group as of April 1, 2023, resolved by the Board of Directors at today's meeting upon the proposal of the President and CEO Dr. Matteo Liberali and the COO Mr. Michele Faggioli, consulted the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Mr. Quattrini - who, in his role as General Manager, will support the Chairman and CEO, and the COO

• is granted with powers of ordinary management.

The proposal to introduce the General Manager into the Company's governance structure follows the significant growth experienced by the LU-VE Group in these years, since its listing on the Stock Exchange. Short Profile of the General Manager

After obtaining his degree in mechanical engineering with a management focus from the Marche Polytechnic University and a Master's degree in business management from ISTUD in Stresa, Italy, Mr. Riccardo Quattrini gained managerial experience operating for more than 25 years in Italian entrepreneurial companies, mainly active in the engineering industry with an international vocation. In these companies he held both technical and commercial/strategic roles.

In 2000 he started his collaboration with Biesse Group S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext STAR Milan, covering various roles until 2010 (Engineering Director, Brand Manager, Sales & Marketing Director). In 2010 he joined Cefra Group, with which he worked until 2017, during the last year as CEO. After a period in Aetna Group and in IFI S.p.A. as General Manager, in 2019, he re-enters Biesse Group S.p.A. to hold first the position of Director of the wood-industrial division and, starting from 2021, the role of Group Chief Product Strategy & Development Officer. Offering part (product, applied research and design, and putting on the market) and followed consulting and project management for large plants.
