Mr Niu is the Executive Chairman of the Company and was the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") between September 2009 and January 2012. The Board has reviewed and considered Mr Niu's qualifications and work experience and is of the view that Mr Niu is suitable for the position of CEO.
