LVenture Group, Antonella Pischedda resigned as CFO

(Alliance News) - LVenture Group Spa announced Friday that Antonella Pischedda, CFO and executive in charge of corporate financial reporting, has resigned effective Nov. 16 to take on a new professional challenge.

Pischedda does not hold any ordinary shares in the company.

LVenture Group will then begin the selection process to identify a successor.

LVenture Group on Friday closed at a par at EUR0.29 per share.
