(Alliance News) - LVenture Group Spa and Digital Magics Spa announced Monday that their respective shareholders' meetings approved the merger of Digital Magics into LVenture earlier in the day.
LVenture Group is in the red 0.7 percent to EUR0.28 per share while Digital Magics is up 4.4 percent to EUR2.37 per share.
