LYNAS RARE EARTHS LIMITED Lynas Rare Earths Limited announced the appointment of Mr. John Beevers as a new Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 May 2023. Mr. Beevers' appointment is consistent with strategy to ensure the composition of the Lynas Board is appropriate to the Company's operations and future goals. Mr. Beevers is an experienced Board director with over 30 years' experience in the resources, mining services and chemical industries.
He has broad international experience in operations and leadership, including as CEO of Orica Mining Services. Mr. Beevers holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business. He is currently a non-executive Director of Orica Limited and Syrah Resources Limited.
Mr. Beevers will offer himself for election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting in November 2023.
