The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has approved allotment of 12,162 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS - 2012). Pursuant to this allotment, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,68,67,200 to Rs. 154,69,88,820 and subscribed & paid-up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,53,35,310 to Rs. 154,54,56,930.
The details required for the shares allotted pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
